To achieve these goals, Jose follows a rigorous training routine that includes weightlifting, speed and agility work, QB-specific training, and yoga. He also receives support and guidance from his father, who serves as a mentor and helps him identify areas for improvement. With the help of his family, friends, and coaches, Jose is confident that he can achieve his dreams and make a lasting impact on the football field.
