Undefeated in middle school with a 15-0-1 record, he led his team to back-to-back district championships while setting Longview ISD middle school records in passing yards, touchdowns, and completions. One of his proudest moments came when he threw the game-winning touchdown with just 55 seconds remaining to secure the district title—a moment he credits to the visualization techniques his father taught him.

Not one to shy away from challenges, Austin played his entire 8th-grade season with a broken big toe, learning firsthand the power of mental toughness and perseverance. Now, as he prepares for high school, Austin is laser-focused on his goals. He aims to break all passing records set by Longview Lobos legend Haynes King and lead his team to more Texas UIL State Championships. In 7on7, he’s determined to guide his Texas Epic squad to the #1 national ranking after finishing 13th last season.

Austin’s journey is supported by a network of dedicated coaches and mentors, including QB trainers Brady Davis and Mitch, as well as his 7on7 coach Don Smith, a legend in the world of competitive football. At camps like Elev8 QB Academy and Elite 11, Austin has built lasting relationships with like-minded athletes while learning from the best in the game.
