At just 8 years old, Camden Trevino is already making waves on the football field. A third grader at Asante Preparatory Academy and a member of the Class of 2034, Camden has been playing football for four years and shows no signs of slowing down. His passion for the game is clear: “I love football because it is really fun. I love being a QB because I touch the football every play and get to throw touchdowns to my friends!”

Camden’s drive, effort, and work ethic set him apart. Whether it’s putting in reps during training or showing up with confidence on game day, Camden gives his all. “Effort, hard worker, and study!” he says proudly. That mindset is reflected in how he prepares: eating a good meal, listening to music, and suiting up with his signature arm sleeve, one glove, and eye black. His dad has played a big role in his development, both as a coach and motivator. “He has taught me how to play football and pushes me every day to be the best I can be.”

Despite having asthma, Camden never lets it define him. “At times it has set me back, but I keep pushing through it,” he shares. His dedication is evident through his weekly training—Sunday QB sessions with Coach Gio, gym and speed work with Coach Justin at Exult Performance, and attending quarterback camps.

Camden’s football journey already includes standout memories, like scoring a game-winning touchdown in triple overtime and winning four consecutive flag football championships. But what truly stands out is his attitude: he keeps showing up, works hard, and never gives up. “Always give your absolute best effort and never give up,” he advises.

Looking ahead, Camden is focused on increasing his throw power, becoming more accurate, and leading his team to a championship. Inspired by Patrick Mahomes and supported by a strong training team, Camden Trevino is a name to remember as he continues to chase his football dreams—one play, one pass, and one touchdown at a time.
